UI: Simplify WASM interop

This CL gets rid of the TraceProcessor rpc layer interface.
We never fully used that RPC definition because the parse() method has
always been special (to avoid re-encoding binary buffers all the time).
Furthermore, after 1.5 years, we still have only one method (query).
Given that the API surface of TraceProcessor didn't grow beyond that,
this CL is getting rid of the RPC definition.
This allows to get rid of some layers in JS which dealt with protobufjs
RPC implementation.
