Syscall tracing: improve syscall tables.

Add also a script to programmatically generate them.
Sadly the current design is not quite right for the
case of 32-bit processes running in a 64-bit kernel.
In those cases, in fact, we are supposed to know the
bitness of the process and use a different table for
them.

At least most 64-bit processes now are correct:
