trace_processor: metrics: register built-in metrics upfront This CL removes the introduced ComputeMetrics class infavour of explicit registration (in a following CL). In this CL, we just move registration out of ComputeMetrics runtime and instead register them at trace processor creation time. Bug: 129747127 Change-Id: Ief1e4f1a17cfbcce73e9fcb537f39254d296367a
