Use raw type names on descriptors merging Resolved type names are set separately and not available on freshly parsed fields via CreateFieldFromDecoder. This leads to a failure when adding a new field with message type from extension. Change has been tested manually with trace from b/197203390. Adding a regression test would be easier when corresponding chrome_track_event.proto change is rolled into Perfetto and would be added subsequently.
