remove off64_t wrappers + minor unwind class renaming

Assume pwrite64/pread64/off64_t is present on all platforms until proven
otherwise. The wrapper code shouldn't have compiled on such platforms
anyway as it uses off64_t unconditionally.

Perfetto - Performance instrumentation and tracing

Perfetto is an open-source project for performance instrumentation and tracing of Linux/Android/Chrome platforms and user-space apps.
