Get the waker from the instants table instead of the raw table Since the previous commit, the instants table include the waker information. Two reasons: * The `raw` table is only populated when importing a trace in the proto format. The systrace format would not have that. * In general, we should avoid querying the `raw` table from the ui. Bug: 206015754 Change-Id: I5930e6b733f031e2f8a788a74932d80c6c4a6704
