TrackEvent: Add initial legacy macro support This patch adds basic support for legacy (i.e., TRACE_EVENT{0,1,2}) macros in order to make it possible to use the library with code bases such as V8 and Chrome. In this initial revision, all the trace points simply become no-ops. Bug: 147743479 Change-Id: Ib80a44491d8dbf314ecd8160438c8cb982c6a2d4
