TraceProcessor: extract Iterator{,Impl} into their own classes

Non-functional refactoring. This is just to allow
Iterator (and IteratorImpl) to be forward declared and
prevent circular dependencies.
Also keeps the codebase a bit cleaner keeping one class
per header with a matching name.
