Remove FrameBuffer name and handle from RenderStage slice name As per the feedback, this change removes the framebuffer hex handle from the slice name since it is already shown within the args. The name can be shown in the UI after moving it to the gpu_slice table. Test: Take a trace and check the name of renderstage slices Bug: 147671114 Change-Id: I1487e8620dd437678785520a80a82a4cf4e12491
