Remove the gtest_filter from libsurfaceflinger_unittest

With the current presubmit test filters for libsurfaceflinger_unittest,
if the lib is not available on a device, this causes a SEGV read access
fault since the tests are run as
libsurfaceflinger_unittest.FrameTracer*. A simple fix is to remove the
filters and run the whole test suite. Even though perfetto is used only
in two tests, it should be fine to run the whole suite as the tests are
fairly simple and short.
