perfetto-ui: Adding different viewing options for heap profile flamegraph

Supporting visualizing data in flamegraph for both memory and objects
allocations, with or with our without memory that has been freed before
heap snapshot was taken. Transition between different views is quick as we
are caching the data.
Non-functional for now, until we add buttons for changing viewing option.
