traceconv: add support for printing traces with compressed packets This CL adds support for recursing into compressed packets and printing the proto packets instead of just printing the byte sequence of the packet. It also fixes a long standing bug where packets would not be indented properly in text mode. Change-Id: I8f0eca34e30baccd0dfaafbddf7fa4c3971560a1
