traced_perf: support tracepoints as a timebase Since boot clock isn't compatible with non-software events, I've changed to CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW timestamping by default (even if we're using a software event). Non-event packets written by traced_perf itself are still using CLOCK_BOOTTITME, but that's not a problem. Bug: 178961752 Change-Id: Ia8e476e2ba9068c18d1be2c15322c5ec61b03580
Perfetto is a production-grade open-source stack for performance instrumentation and trace analysis. It offers services and libraries and for recording system-level and app-level traces, native + java heap profiling, a library for analyzing traces using SQL and a web-based UI to visualize and explore multi-GB traces.
See https://perfetto.dev/docs or the /docs/ directory for documentation.
