Reland "traceconv: produce less redundant pprofs, at the expense of more work" (commit 55f309a) Fixes up a variety of issues for gn and bazel/blaze compilation of libpprofbuilder. Especially for targets including both libpprofbuilder and trace_processor. Still leaving a bunch of ugliness, but see src/trace_processor/containers/BUILD.gn for my thoughts on next steps ('public' and proper 'hdrs' generation). We should also revisit why source_sets aren't converted to cc_library in bazel. Change-Id: I8c05c6d259a05aee9d4f94124b8d6c561be414b5
