Fix StringPool on 32-bit Android Blocks needs to be page aligned. It wasn't on 32 bit arm. Also make the test faster. Also disable the trace processor integration tests on Android. Looks like run_android_test doesn't push the required test data. Change-Id: Ie3b990080e5f580d928494d6c97d979d900af567
