trace_processor: add support for text proto out and interactive metrics This CL adds support for two features which make developing metrics a lot easier: 1. textproto output: this is crucial for a tight feedback loop when looking at the output of metrics. 2. interactive mode: we extend the -i flag to --run-metrics so users can query their views after they run their metric Bug: 129747127 Change-Id: I0979f720b411b84a4409d6043b5b9fe3ca62a1bd
