traced_probes: Bump atrace timeout

I'm seeing 9s latency:

# time atrace --async_start --only_userspace camera am ss dalvik bionic hal gfx wm res view -a com.google.android.GoogleCamera,lmkd
    0m09.00s real     0m00.05s user     0m00.07s system

Seeing as we intend to fix this for real can we bump the timeout here.
