heapprofd: minimally-functioning fork mode Not the final design, but would like to hear your opinion on the general code structure/approach so far. Known limitations: * Not yet handling disconnected clients. * Repeated fork mode tracing of a single process seems to break (as shown offline), still investigating. Bug: 120185246 Change-Id: I54d98e22772bdf3d3dac6c4ded804cc7ffc802df
