trace_processor: don't use cxxabi for demangling on windows Fix compilation issues on Windows by making the demangle function a no-op there. Note that the implementation of DEMANGLE is still wrong. This code assumes that the ABI of the heap dump matches the ABI of the current trace processor shell instance. It works by luck when the target is aarch64 and the host is x86_64 because they both follow the Itanium ABI, but it's wrong otherwise. This CL doesdn't make it better or worse, makes it just build in Windows. Change-Id: I7d18b8785fbeec900f9d2b62cbd026176bd350e6
