Fix chromium roll failure on tracing_integration_test The latest roll [1] got reverted because it broke the win-archive-rel bot [2]. As usually happens this is because the tracing_integration_test is "reachable" and hence built by the "default" target, even if it's not explicitly depended on. The fix is to conditionally expose it only when supported.
