Standalone build: set _LIBCPP_DEBUG=0 to enable STL assertions Libc++ has some nice debug mode where it can detect UBs and other dangerous patterns. Enable it so we get early feedback. This also avoids this to break the chrome autoroller in future. Also fix some small failures spotted by this which were not caught by the Chromium CI (because that code doesn't build in Chromium). #fixit Change-Id: I03e6f2096bcf17b6695607e61d0dff35fe2ac628
