trace_processor: don't parse sched_switch into raw or ingest args This adds a lot of overhead. The direction this is going, looks to be to reconstruct sched events from the sched table and to find a much better way to do args. Bug: 123252504 Change-Id: If2193587346ccdcf29ec65a940ed284d9eb5aeaf
