Fetch chrome's tracing categories from the extension Thanks to this cl, we are fetching the chrome categories and putting them in the global state. As part on another cl, we will then be able to select the ones we want to trace. Bug: 140224909 Change-Id: I2781b808fa67bf0091e3e29ebe3fdeb85e2370b2
