metrics: Fix scroll_jank after gesture_jank.sql change The scroll_jank table use to have a scroll_dur column which got renamed to gesture_dur after the gesture_jank.sql refactor. This has no effect in perfetto but breaks chrometto which was relying on this original column name, so this changes it to {{prefix}}_dur. Also temporarily adds back the gesture_scroll_update table as a view duplicating gesture_scroll_id_update until chrometto is fixed. Finally so presubmits pass, this fixes a couple of queries with missing DROP VIEWS. Bug: 200149773 Change-Id: Id348f4142b47fe4bbd6043fc19d66ff63509cb12
