docs: Discuss fuzzing in Automated Analysis

Tested by building the docs locally and viewing them in the browser.
The module docs links (module-pw_fuzzer) don't work, but pre-existing
links to module docs also don't work locally, so that doesn't point to
an issue with this change. Filed pwbug/558 to track that.

Pigweed

Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
