pw_console: Default to 24bit color depth

Set 24bit colors by default unless:
- PROMPT_TOOLKIT_COLOR_DEPTH environment variable is set
- Running on Mac with Apple Terminal

Test: Run `pw console --test-mode` on Windows/Mac/Linux
