pw_trace_tokenized: Fix a data format bug in get_trace.py

get_trace.py in pw_trace_tokenized is not able to parse the data
from rpc response. This CL fix the bug and write the data into the
json file.

Bug: b/202193001
Test: run the script and query trace from device.

Pigweed

Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
