pw_rpc: Remove pw_rpc_USE_GLOBAL_MUTEX build arg Whether to use a global mutex is specified in a config option, and doesn't need to be specified separately as a GN arg. The integration tests can (and must continue to) work without locking. Tests that require locking can be individually disabled / adapted based on PW_RPC_USE_GLOBAL_MUTEX. In general, introducing build args complicates the build and makes supporting other build systems more difficult. Pigweed is an open source collection of embedded-targeted libraries–or as we like to call them, modules. These modules are building blocks and infrastructure that enable faster and more reliable development on small-footprint MMU-less 32-bit microcontrollers like the STMicroelectronics STM32L452 or the Nordic nRF52832.
