* clmodule.c: use function prototypes (found and fixed some bugs this way); more efficiently check whether parameters are float; removed one argument from DecompressImage method; use clGetParam instead of clGetParams where it makes sense; convert int parameters in SetParams, SetParam, SetMin, SetMax, and SetDefault to float when needed; added QuerySchemeFromHandle method * Makefile: interchanged cstubs and cgen.py so that $> in rule gets them in the right order
