Python no longer compiled on Windows, due to #include file confusion over SEP, ALTSEP and MAXPATHLEN. Patched up posixmodule.c for MSVC, but unsure what the story is now on other non-Unixish platforms -- the preprocessor maze has no exit <wink>.
