Make `tox -e flake8` pass. (#705)

This library is in maintenance mode, but no reason to leave travis broken. Two
disables and a better `except` in a test and it's green again.

This is a client library for accessing resources protected by OAuth 2.0.

Installation

To install, simply run the following command in your terminal:

$ pip install --upgrade oauth2client

Supported Python Versions

We support Python 2.7 and 3.4+. More information in the docs.
