Update f54test test tool - Add F54_GUARD_PIN_SHORT test. - Extend the parsing logics and definitions of f54 query registers and f54 control registers. - Add support of test preparation (Disable CBC + No Signal Clarity) for specific test items. - Show test results of RT50 & RT26.
