SkGlyphCache - update core routines.
- Allows different methods for creating SkGlyphCaches
- Enables passing FontMetrics for cache creation.
- Removes VisitCache
- Removes VisitAll
- Introduces SkExclusiveStrikePtr which should
replaces SkAutoGlyphCache with simpler mechanism.
