[skottie] Make AnimationBuilder available for value parsing
Plumb AnimationBuilder throught a bazillion layers to make it reachable
when parsing animatable values.
This is in preparation of keyframed text, which will require access to
the font set when parsing.
Refactor only, no functional changes.
