Fix for crbug/253460 (generatePath crashing on Windows).

Sometimes GetGlyphOutlineW returns a number larger than BUFFERSIZE
even if BUFFERSIZE > 0. It was previously expected that GetGlyphOutlineW
would always return GDI_ERROR in this case.
