Revert "Migrate SkImage::MakeFromTexture to GrRecordingContext"

This reverts commit daa9e7455d4f0f54dc07f405becba5d0c5964847.

Reason for revert: Broke Build-Debian9-Clang-arm-Release-Flutter_Android_Docker
