SkTypes.h : move SkAutoMalloc into SkAutoMalloc.h
* SkAutoFree moved to SkTemplates.h (now implmented with unique_ptr).
* SkAutoMalloc and SkAutoSMalloc moved to SkAutoMalloc.h
* "SkAutoFree X(sk_malloc_throw(N));" --> "SkAutoMalloc X(N);"
