Lots of progress on switching to SkColorSpace rather than SkColorProfileType

Fixed a bunch of code in Ganesh, as well as usage of SkColorProfileType in most of our tools (DM, SampleApp, Viewer, nanobench, skiaserve, HelloWorld).
