Fuse GrGLSLPrimitiveProcessor and GrGLSLGeometryProcessor ...

into a new GrGLSLGeometryProcessor. Since NVPR is no more this
distinction (between GLSL- Primitive and Geometry -Processor)
probably isn't needed/useful.
