Disable 32A->565+dither neon, since it gives different results between its 8-at-a-time loop (neon), and its < 8 residual loop. If we can unify the output, I would love to reinstate this. git-svn-id: http://skia.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@528 2bbb7eff-a529-9590-31e7-b0007b416f81
