Upgrade IntelIris540 Win10 GPU driver, take 2. This version is the latest from Windows Update, which is not available from Intel. It is an earlier version than the one used in https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/106202, but all later drivers seem to have the same issue that caused that CL to be reverted.
