Add the perceptual difference metric to the rebaseline server * Finds the location of the skpdiff binary. * Calculates the perceptual difference percentage using the skpdiff binary (treats -1 as 0% perceptual similarity). * Replaces the weightedDiffMeasure in view.html with perceptualDifferent.
