fix bug (and add test) for drawing an inverse-path whose bounds do intersect the clip, but whose edges do not (e.g. a curve). We used to overdraw a section (and assert). git-svn-id: http://skia.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@3809 2bbb7eff-a529-9590-31e7-b0007b416f81
