Add dexlib target that doesn't bundle commons-cli am: 9b3c02f8d1 am: ea36b09549 Change-Id: I2547534d94a0d290f511604f190413ac9c9ba228
smali/baksmali is an assembler/disassembler for the dex format used by dalvik, Android's Java VM implementation. The syntax is loosely based on Jasmin's/dedexer's syntax, and supports the full functionality of the dex format (annotations, debug info, line info, etc.)
