powerpc: Finish updating u-boot*lds scripts for newer binutils In 522b021 we dropped 'PROVIDE(_GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_ = . + 4)' lines in the mpc85xx linker scripts as this is not required and breaks newer binutils.
