arm: socfpga: spl: Use common lowlevel_init For SoCFGPA, use the common ARMv7 lowlevel_init. Thus, we can delete the SoCFPGA lowlevel_init.S file. Signed-off-by: Dinh Nguyen <dinguyen@opensource.altera.com>
