pci/fsl_pci_init: Use PCIe capability to determine if controller is PCIe Change the code to use the PCIe capabilities register to determine if we are a PCIe controller or not. Additionally cleaned up some white space and formatting in the file. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
