Add README_DEVELOPERS to the 'make dist' tarball (since it's mentioned in README), and add some instructions about attaching GDB to Valgrind itself within it. This fixes bug 90138. MERGE WITH STABLE git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/valgrind/trunk@2738 a5019735-40e9-0310-863c-91ae7b9d1cf9
