Rename Iop_QSalN*, Iop_QShlN* and Iop_QShlN*S so as to more accurately reflect what they actually do, which is a zero-fill shift left followed by one of three flavours of saturation (S->S, U->U or S->U). git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/vex/trunk@2924 8f6e269a-dfd6-0310-a8e1-e2731360e62c
