This commit looks big but it is really quite small. Fixes some matters arising from the first-pass attempt at IRifying cachegrind: * Make all library-user visible functions have names that match either LibVEX_* or *IR[A-Z]*. * Put a comment at the top of libvex_ir.h explaining the naming scheme a little. * Make a previously-private function public, giving eqIRAtom. git-svn-id: svn://svn.valgrind.org/vex/trunk@1059 8f6e269a-dfd6-0310-a8e1-e2731360e62c
